Rate and Payment details:
All rates are subject to Maine State Lodging tax.
All rooms have a maximum occupancy of two persons per Ogunquit Fire Code
One night deposit to reserve by check, or money order. 2 nights deposit for a 2-night stay or a 7 night stay.
Balance of payment is due upon arrival – payable by MasterCard, Visa, or cash. No personal checks are accepted at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days notice is required for all rooms. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing via e-mail or post. Deposits will be refunded (less a $50 – $150 fee per unit depending on the length of stay cancelled) if reservations are cancelled before the above time periods. Refunds will not be made for shortened stays or early departures.

The entire property is NON-SMOKING. (Inside and Outside)
Parking is directly at the door of the balcony level rooms.
All other rooms are accessed by the use of stairs. and include reserved parking on the property.
Wireless Internet, A/C, Cable, Fridge, Phone, Hair dryers, & irons.
Check-in is 3:00-6:00pm Check-out is by 11:00AM.
We have no pool.
We have no hidden resort fees.
